how cool are the shoes in this collection?! almost medieval-Engalnd-like, jester-like, aren’t they? all leather and close to the toes and strapped on tight. the clothes somewhat contrast with this archaic element with their modern shapes and simple lines. a lovely mix, and how about that model? what beautiful hair and naturally nice face. Great, through and through.

I didn't like most of the collection, but these last three pieces were so effortlessly cool (as much as that cliche is used) that i simply had to include them. they are just essential to the modern woman's closet.

Collette Dinnigan

the resort collection from Collette Dinnigan was just beautiful. it was a collection full of pretty dresses and strappy heels made just-so. each piece seemed to be made to perfectly fit the woman's body. i took great note also, of the great variety of style while also keeping the collection a whole cohesive look.

an apple a day...

all i can say is this, thank god for Apple and iphone 4. There's no way i would be able to keep up with all of the collections without it (and of course, the style.com app!!) Alas, even now i am behind, still posting my favorites from the Resort collections! Well, i guess i'll try to wrap it up and show you (what i think) is the best of the best!
